These terms apply to the SpeedLet app for Android and to the website speedlet-lushe.web.app. By installing or using SpeedLet you agree to them. How SpeedLet handles data is described in the separate Privacy policy.
Who we are
SpeedLet is made by Individual Entrepreneur Bohdan Yaroslavovych Shevtsiv, Ukraine (LuShe on Google Play). Contact: speedlet.support@gmail.com.
Using SpeedLet
- SpeedLet is free to use and shows ads. Anyone may use it; purchases are made through Google Play by people Google Play allows to pay.
- You may use SpeedLet on your own devices for your own purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, decompile or resell the app; get around Pro, the ads or other limits; send automated or excessive requests to our servers; or present SpeedLet's results as official or certified measurements.
What belongs to whom
The app, its name, logo, texts and design belong to us. Your measurements and the history saved on your device are yours.
SpeedLet Pro
- Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play: no subscription and no expiry date. It works on your devices with the same Google account, and you can restore it there.
- The core of Pro is SpeedLet without ads. Everything else in Pro is extra features, and that set can change: in updates we may add, change or remove individual features, in particular because of changes in Android or Google Play, security or legal requirements, servers or third-party services being discontinued, low use of a feature, or when keeping it is no longer sensible.
- Pro is personal: you can't sell or transfer it to someone else, except where Google Play's rules allow it.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its rules.
Ads
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob; Pro removes them. If SpeedLet offers extra access for watching an ad, that access is temporary, and we may change or end the offer.
Network, data and measurements
- The speed test, the game ping and the speed test widget work through servers, ours or third parties'. A test uses mobile data; what that costs depends on your carrier's plan.
- Results are estimates that depend on your device, network and servers. They can differ from your carrier's figures and don't replace its records or bills.
- Features depend on your Android version, the permissions you grant and your device.
Changes, servers and end of distribution
- We may replace servers and providers, stop individual servers and network features, and stop developing or distributing SpeedLet, for the reasons listed under "SpeedLet Pro". This doesn't cancel your Pro purchase and by itself isn't grounds for a refund.
- We don't undertake to add new features or to support every future device or Android version.
Your data
SpeedLet has no accounts. Your usage and test history stay on your device: clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstalling it, deletes them. You can export them to CSV in the app. The details are in the Privacy policy.
Other services
Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase and Cloudflare have their own terms, which apply to your use of them.
Liability
We aren't liable for your carrier's charges or for decisions made on the basis of SpeedLet's measurements.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version applies from the date shown in it.
Law
SpeedLet is available worldwide. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, where we are based. Wherever you live, you keep the consumer rights that the law of your country gives you and that can't be changed by contract; nothing in these terms limits them. If a court or another competent authority finds a clause of these terms, or part of one, invalid, only that part is invalid: the rest of the clause and all the other terms stay in force. These terms are written in English and Ukrainian with the same meaning; if the two ever differ, the English version prevails.
